Our Services

  • Hound Sweep

Mold detection powered by the unmatched accuracy of our expertly trained K9, Cash. This non-invasive inspection locates hidden mold by scent — identifying problem areas that traditional assessors and tools often miss.

Dogs excel where equipment can’t reach:
    • Behind walls and under floors
    • Inside carpets, furniture, and upholstery
    • In showers and around tile

Ideal for health-conscious families or anyone facing unexplained symptoms at home or workplace.

  • After Cash highlights areas of concern, we move into Advanced Diagnostics to look deeper. This part of the process is about being thorough and careful — doing our best to understand what’s going on inside the home, especially in places that can’t be seen from the surface.

Not every mold source is obvious. Some issues are hidden inside walls, under flooring, or within HVAC pathways. Our goal here is to trace the moisture and verify the source, so we can provide clear next steps instead of guesswork.

    Tools We Use:

    • Borescope Camera: Allows us to view inside walls or cavities through a small inspection point.

    • Moisture Meter: Measures moisture levels inside building materials.

    • Hygrometer: Checks humidity conditions that support mold growth.

    • Infrared Thermal Imaging: Helps us identify areas where water may be traveling or collecting.

    • Selective Access Techniques: Carefully lifting carpet, removing trim, or probing materials where Cash alerted.

    What This Service Helps Determine:

    • Whether mold is actively growing or dormant

    • How far moisture has spread

    • Whether the issue is localized or systemic

    • The probable source — leak, humidity, HVAC, foundation, etc.

This step allows us to create a real solution plan, not a “spray and pray” approach. We limit invasive work to only what is needed, and every step is done with the intention of preserving the home while uncovering the truth of what’s happening behind the surfaces.

  • When visible mold is present, the CDC and EPA agree that testing is not required—the mold needs to be removed, and the source of moisture corrected. However, some homeowners choose to perform air testing to understand how far mold particles have traveled through the home or HVAC system.

Air testing can help answer questions like:

    • Is mold affecting areas beyond the original source?

    • Are spores circulating through the HVAC system?

    • Are there elevated levels in bedrooms, living areas, or children’s rooms?

    • Is the indoor air improving after remediation?

If you choose to move forward with testing, we will arrange third-party laboratory sampling through a certified indoor air quality company. This ensures:

    • Unbiased results

    • Clear lab interpretation

    • No conflict of interest

    • Objective data you can rely on

The purpose of air testing is not to create fear — but to provide clarity when you need to understand the broader air quality picture in your home.

    We guide you through:

    1. Coordinating the testing appointment

    2. Reviewing the lab report

    3. Deciding on next steps or remediation priorities

Air testing is available when it supports your decision-making — never as a required upsell.

  • Once we have identified where mold is growing and what is causing it, the next step is to remove the mold and correct the moisture source. We do not perform remediation and we do not write full remediation protocols. Instead, we help you understand your results and connect you with qualified professionals who are trained to handle the cleanup process.

Our role is to ensure you:

    • Understand what was found

    • Know which area(s) need attention

    • Have a clear sense of the next steps

    • Are connected with reputable remediation companies who can take it from there

    What We Provide:

    • A simple explanation of the findings

    • Recommended direction for improving conditions

    • Referrals to remediation professionals who specialize in mold removal and moisture correction

    What We Do Not Do:

    • We do not perform remediation

    • We do not write remediation scopes or protocols

    • We do not oversee remediation contractors

This keeps our involvement fully unbiased, and ensures the company handling the cleanup is responsible for the detailed plan, execution, and guarantees of their work.

Our role is to help you understand the problem clearly so you can move forward confidently with the right team.
